Sprite products have a history of meeting and exceeding NSF Standard 177 for shower filters. Plastic filter housings come with a 1 Year Warranty while filter housings made from brass come with a 5 Year Warranty. Please note that “Chrome”, “Oil Rubbed Bronze”, “Polished Brass”, etc. are finishes and not the material the unit is made from.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to complete the warranty information and submit to Sprite Industries within 15 days of purchase, to keep proof of purchase of the unit and all replacement cartridge(s) and to demonstrate that proper cartridge replacement and filter maintenance was performed as specified in the owner’s instructions.
